W-INDUSTRIES ACQUIRES VOLTA, LLC

On Monday, September 2, 2019, CSE-Global announced that its US based subsidiary CSE W-Industries has completed the acquisition of Volta, LLC. Both companies are based in Houston, TX. The combined companies will offer a compelling array of products and services to customers throughout the energy industry around the globe.

Upon closing, majority owner Brad Davis commented, “Combining Volta with W-Industries was the next logical step for Volta to achieve our full potential. W-Industries and its affiliated companies have the resources to help fuel our growth, while allowing us to maintain the efficient and productive operating practices that have made Volta what it is today.”

CSE W-Industries is a subsidiary of CSE Global.
